UNIK QT5-15 Hydraulic Fly ash Block Brick Making Machine is designed for a product height of 40–220 mm, The machine frame consists of a welded construction using sectional steel to ensure optimum rigidity and accessibility, The Control of the machine functions and movements are controlled by a Omron PLC system. All movements, time functions, positioning aims and vibrating parameters can be adjusted as variables in easy and safe manner via operator panel. the pallet size is about 1100*570mm, so in fact the capacity for paver and brick even more than QT6-15 model, for example, about the paver 200*100*60, one pallet for QT6-15 model is about 21pcs, however for QT5-15 block machine, it will be 25pcs per pallet, the brick 240*115*53mm, one pallet for QT6-15 is about 30pcs, for QT5-15 can reach at 36pcs per pallet.
